Holiday Date Auction Raving Success
Over the holiday season the Dog House Casino, owned and operated by Vincentio Thorne, held a Charity Date Auction for the Legionnaires Fund. The LF is a fast growing charity that has recently come under the eye of several prominent members of Nexus society. They are known for aiding the families of fallen or severely injured Legion members.
The Auction comprised of over fifteen upstanding individuals of the community that offered a night out on the town to the winning. Proceeds being split with the volunteer and the LF.
Dates content being auctioned ranged from romantic dinners to field combat training and everything in between. Some bids went as high at forty platinum for one volunteer. The rest ranged from five to twenty-five.
It is said that almost two-hundred platinum was raised from the event. Charities looking to be sponsored for future endeavors may contact DNN or Mister Thorne directly.
There are rumors that another auction is being planned for mid-February. Stay tuned!
